Sure Prospects InstituteThe Sure Prospects Institute is a privately funded primary school located in the heart of Kampala. With a ratio of three able-bodied students to one with special needs, the school provides a unique opportunity to those with disabilities, which is heavily stigmatized in Uganda.

Village of KikandwaWhen Drake students asked what they could do to help the rural village, the villagers expressed their need for a health center. In June 2014, the building was completed and has since served dozens of expectant mothers as well as those suffering from curable diseases.

City Secondary SchoolCity Secondary School is a public high school servicing pupils aged 14-19. Located in Wakiso, the unique curriculum offers courses in physics, calculus, politics, and more. City Secondary School inspires and educates the children who will one day move the country forward.

Recent News
On her sabbatical, Professor Deb Bishop arrived in Kikandwa to distribute Mama Kits, which contain everything necessary for a clean and safe birth. Mothers in labor are often turned away if they do not have one. Follow Professor Bishop's quest to help young mothers here.
